I have Agent friends I’ve known for years that are paying $50 or more for a “Live Transfer” Auto lead. They do this for multiple reasons but mainly they hate managing Telemarketers! Most don’t know how to manage a Telemarketer. Your own Telemarketer should produce 20+ Live Transfers – everyday! Do the math.
AgencyCPR will handle of your telemarketing needs. This will be your employee on your payroll working remotely with AgencyCPR. You can expect the best available telemarketers performing at AgencyCPR standards. AgencyCPR will find the talent, train, coach and monitor your employee and will even replace them if/when needed. Currently you will pay $13/hr. for the Telemarketer for an expected 40 hour work week. No bonus or commission to track.
This program is designed for the Agency Owners that don’t want to manage this process, don’t know how to manage this process, don’t have the space or just have more important things to do!
AgencyCPR can also incorporate our P&C Licensing program to assist your Telemarketer’s transition to Licensed Sales Producer.

Telemarketers may come and go which is why we are constantly hiring. If your Telemarketer needs to be replaced you can expect a transition period from 1-5 business days. Our business model provides a super fast onboarding experience which means in most cases your new hire will be producing live transfers on Day 2.
As soon as you sign up, we are on the hunt for your Telemarketer. Many times we already have people in the queue that we can tap into and you could be getting your own live transfers the next day!
You can cancel at any time with a prorated refund – Most of the time we can even “Re-Home” your Telemarketer with another agent – they’re usually happy to get someone with AgencyCPR experience.
If you wish to keep your telemarketer and bypass AgencyCPR, you’ll pay the “capture” fee equal to two months of services. This works best when your Telemarketer becomes licensed and you are ready for them to move into a producer position.
