Welcome to AgencyCPR (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Site”), including access to recorded video interviews (“Content”) and the purchase of rights to directly engage or hire the individuals featured in such Content (“Talent”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use this Site and purchase Talent hiring rights.

2. Services Provided

  • Content Access: We provide recorded video interviews of prospective candidates for informational purposes only.

  • Talent Rights Purchase: We sell limited, non-transferable rights to directly contact and/or hire specific Talent featured in our Content.

  • No Guarantee of Employment: We do not guarantee that any Talent will accept an offer, remain employed, or meet your specific business needs.

3. Ownership of Content

  • All video interviews, recordings, and related materials are owned by AgencyCPR.com

  • You may not copy, redistribute, or publicly display Content without our prior written permission, except as necessary to evaluate Talent for hiring purposes.

  • Upon purchase, you are granted rights to contact and negotiate employment with the Talent, but not ownership of the Content itself.

4. Fees & Payment

  • Prices for access to hiring rights are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full before rights are transferred.

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless expressly stated.  Credit may be offered in the event of applicant not accepting the position at the sole discretion of AgencyCPR.com.

5. Talent Engagement Rules

  • Once you purchase rights to a specific Talent, you will be granted exclusive rights.

  • You agree not to bypass our platform to engage with Talent you did not purchase rights for.

  • We reserve the right to revoke your access if we determine you are misusing Talent rights or violating these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We act solely as a facilitator between Talent and potential employers.

  • We make no warranties regarding the suitability, qualifications, or background of Talent.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages resulting from the hiring, performance, or conduct of Talent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse Content for purposes other than recruitment;

  • Misrepresent your identity to Talent;

  • Engage in harassment, discrimination, or unlawful hiring practices.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect and use your information.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and Site materials are the property of AgencyCPR. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Nevada.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nevada, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.
