Talent Release Agreement (Participation-Based Consent)

This Talent Release Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the participation of individuals (“Talent,” “you”) in recorded interviews conducted by AgencyCPR. (“Company,” “we,” “our”). By participating in any interview, recording session, or related activity with the Company, you agree to the terms below.

1. Grant of Rights

By participating, you irrevocably grant the Company the worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to:

  • Record, reproduce, distribute, display, and otherwise use your video interview, voice, likeness, image, name, and biographical information (“Content”).

  • Publish Content on the Company’s website, social media, marketing materials, and partner platforms.

  • License, sell, or otherwise make available access to your Content to third parties for the purpose of evaluating, contacting, and hiring you.

2. Talent Acknowledgements

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • All information you provide is true to the best of your knowledge.

  • The Company does not guarantee employment or engagement with any third party.

  • Potential employers may use your Content to evaluate your suitability for employment opportunities.

3. Compensation

  • You understand and agree that participation is voluntary and that, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, you will not receive royalties, residuals, or additional compensation from the Company or any employer who hires you.

  • Your participation serves as full and sufficient consideration for this Agreement.

4. Release of Liability

You release and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, agents, clients, and partners from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the recording, distribution, or use of your Content, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or infringement of publicity rights.

5. Confidentiality & Conduct

  • You agree not to disclose any confidential information shared during the interview process.

  • You agree to participate truthfully and professionally.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada.

7. Binding Effect

This Agreement is binding upon you by virtue of your participation. No signature is required. By choosing to participate in any recorded session with the Company, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood this Agreement, and consent to its terms.
