What are the Guarantees?
I’m just like you, I can’t guarantee who’s going to be good either. LOL. People lie, people suck, people be lazy! They may not work out. If they don’t work out for any reason, you’ll receive a credit for another hire.
How are Candidates Already Chosen Before I Even Had a Chance to See Them?
The agent that sponsors the ad (pays for it), will get first right of refusal. This usually costs $250-$350. You can sponsor an ad also if you’d like first pick! The “leftovers” will be added to the site for everyone to see.
W2 vs. 1099
If you hire in a state you haven’t worked with, you may consider starting them as a 1099 while on probation and then moving to a W2 once you know they’re going to work out. You may have to Incorporate and/or get an FEIN and/or File for a UI#. Consult your professional;)
