Who do you call?

We will call your leads.  We can call New Leads, Old Leads, Lists or anything else you want us to call.  We can also refer you to our new leads partners.  And we recommend www.cougarleads.com for aged – BUT STILL HOT – internet leads.

How many transfers can we expect?

Our Telemarketers “Graduate” training when they’ve demonstrated they can make 500+ calls and 15 transfers in a day.  This will completely vary based on the quantity and quality of your leads.

What if we’re short staffed?

You control the schedule of the Telemarketers.  You can pause them or send them home anytime you want.  They’ll continue to receive full pay from us.

What if we don’t like it?

No contracts, cancel anytime.  I’ll place your Telemarketer in another office that will be happy you gave them an experienced Telemarketer.

Where are your callers from?  Do they have accents?

Philippians mainly.  I do have Telemarketers from Mexico, Venezuela and Brazil.  But you’ll most likely be getting a Filipino.  Yes, they have accents – but you don’t have to listen to them lol.

Do they work with out current systems?

If you want.  Or we can use ours.  Once we know what your working with we can make recommendations.

How do they actually make the transfer?

Each office has similar but different phone systems and programs.  Most likely we’ll get them on the phone and transfer to your Lead Line.  We can help with all of this.

Can they call Winbacks and Current Clients?

Yes.  Anything you want.

Can they call Commercial or Life Leads?

We don’t currently have a proven process for Commercial or Life calls.  We can experiment with your office if you’d like.

What happens if the Telemarketer is out for a day?

We usually have “Floaters” that can sub in.  They also sometimes have internet issues or power issues.  Severe weather can also affect their ability to work at times.  Usually that’s down for an hour or so.

What if I don’t like my Telemarketer?

We can swap them out.

How do I communicate with the Telemarketer?

Your salespeople will be in communication all day long via Discord or Slack.  They’ll notify you that a transfer is coming.

What part of this is guaranteed?

We’ll guarantee they will make 500+ calls/day and use the proper calling scripts.  Obviously, we cannot guarantee answer rates or transfers as this is based on your leads/lists.

Do the Telemarketers “qualify” the transfers?

If you want.  The more you ask the Telemarketer to qualify, the fewer transfers you’ll get.  Some agents are ok with this.

Does my Sales Team need to do anything special for this to work?

Absolutely!  They can sabotage the whole thing if they want – It happens.  The Sales Team needs to handle these transfers a certain way – we’ll train you on how to handle the transfer.

I haven’t used my own systems and don’t know what I’m doing.  Can you help set them up?

We probably know your systems better than most!  We’ll help with everything. We got you!

What if I don’t have any leads?

You’ll need leads.  We can help you run reports and look for leads that may be hiding.  We can also refer you to our New Leads partners.  And we recommend www.cougarleads.com for aged – BUT STILL HOT – internet leads.
